An Actual Workout

I love mixed martial arts fighting. Yesterday was one the few times I've had the privilege of shooting an MMA fighter workout. The fighter I photographed, LC Davis, is a very hardworking and gracious guy. It was nice because he is not very well-known and he was actually WORKING OUT! A lot of the time, for the more famous fighters, a "workout" is just a disguised photo opp and media event.
